「I don't understand some of the reviews about the loud noise they hear from the bar until 3am. I barely heard anything. The train maybe a little but it never really bothered me. Staff was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Stairs are safe, but a tad strenuous for some of us older folks. Thats why i recomend (and did myself) getting a room on the 2nd floor. 「There was a glitch with our room but Samantha at the front desk was super helpful. She took care of the issue and gave superb customer service. The property is very nice and it has a nostalgic feel of an earlier time in California. We will definitely come back.」
