「The hosts were excellent. The only issue was the entry card and codes didn’t work consistently. Apartment is on 3rd floor. Didn’t like that but it was ok. Place was beautiful and very classy.」

「The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly — from the porter to the front desk, right through to the beautiful breakfast service. The waiters were attentive, and the ever-smiling chefs truly made the experience special. I was, however, a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom.
