「Business-friendly nice scenic views and the best customer service」

「We loved the location and the quiet..great hot water And lots of towels and the back view and grounds. So sorry to say our stay was Not worth the price. The small breakfast pastries were frozen and Stale!.」

「We traveled with our dog for the first time and had an excellent experience. We would definitely come back here. Our only minor request would be to include a makeup mirror in the room since the mirror over the sink is pretty far back from where you stand.」

「We enjoyed the building itself. It was a very old nice building with a lot of cool features. Unfortunately, our first room had a lot of bugs in it after bringing that up to the front desk, who was very helpful. We were moved to a second room. Everything went smoothly at first until we noticed that there was also bugs in that room I think overall it was a decent stay, but I think the Wilder in management needs to invest in some pest control.」

「OLDER BUT GOOD LOCATION」

「My room was right next to the highway which impacted my sleep. This room was very very small, but I was allowed to bring my Labrador along. You cannot leave the dog in the room, so that is a bit disruptive if you want to go out for dinner. The locks on the doors are as old as the facility and tricky to learn how to use. I locked myself out once. The staff was great and came to let me in, but scolded me for leaving the dog in the room alone when I only went to my vehicle to get something. ...

「BIG NO!! Not only did we find 3 COCKROACHES in our room (we were able to kill one), but the owner Gustavo SHOUTED at my 8 year old son and elderly father who has Alzheimer’s. Around 9:45am, just before leaving. My father needed to use the restroom, now this isn’t a fast process given my father is elderly and sick. At the same time my 8 year old son was about to wee his pants. Hesitantly, but with no other options, I walked outside with my son so he could run in the trees and wee. My son is in...
