The room was immaculate upon arrival. Staff were friendly. Hotel was quiet. Private balcony was a great spot for coffee and to watch a rain shower and wildlife. It had everything we needed. A home away from home.

Great place to stay. Great location and a well stocked kitchen. The bed was ok. A little hard for my liking and the pillows were not good. Bring your own. Pool was nice but the hot tub was way too hot.

The room was super nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. I like the property as well. I wish I had been able to stay longer. It was also very close to different coffee places and other places to eat and walk around.

Our room was on the lowest level and smelled terribly damp and musty. They tried to mask this by turning air to 60 degrees. If we warmed the room the smell came back. Such wonderful weekend plans ruined.

The outside features were great: fire pit, games, pool. Nice lobby area with board games and room for groups to sit and interact. Disappointed with pull out coach bed-not comfortable. Our room had the wrong size sheets left for the pullout. Also, we booked two rooms and they were on complete opposite sides of the building, very disappointing!0

The staff was kind and courteous. Check in and check out went smoothly. We booked a loft room and it was very spacious and clean, added bonus for the small kitchenette. However, the TV in loft was smaller and there was no TV in the downstairs queen bedroom. We used the outdoor heated pool and the indoor pool, both were great. The hot tub temperature was on the hot side, took a while to adjust to the temperature, but did enjoy it. Location of Inn is great. I would highly recommend staying at the Waterbury Inn, it was a great experience.
