Noise on the floors and rooms every night and morning blasting music. Teens going up and down the elevators overcrowding and stopping every floor. , bathroom light kept flashing, shower door crackling. Had to complain twice about the noise. "

Pool was green so with that being said it was enough for us to leave as it was a staycation for the family to relax and enjoy a clean hotel! Never again! I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry, but manager needs to address the concerns of a customer instead of being rude. But like he said, “I guess a customer is always right!” When refunding me back for one night he made sure to charge me another night. Just wow! "
