"We came to Lake hartwell for a fishing tournament and stayed here for the whole week. The rooms open to the outside but this is the only thing you can say that might be a compliment about this hotel. The rooms are completely upgraded and honestly it's one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. There is a small continental breakfast with waffles, cereal, Muffins, fruits and coffee. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again."

"The hotel was very nice great location unfortunately our shower door was broke and would not close and there was no staff to come and fix it that night and we did not want to move rooms. The pool was closed and not working. I don’t know if that’s normal or not but property other than that was in great condition and I’m sure it was just the room needed help with the shower door."

"Room was clean except for the pull out sofa which we needed to use unfortunately- under cushions was dirty and lots of crumbs. Blanket had a stain. The real issue however was lights in that room randomly turned on throughout the night, requiring me to get up and turn them off - 6-10 times both nights. I let staff know and they taped over a sensor but it had no effect. Poor experience."

"Top notch hotel. Staff is amazing. If you visit, be sure to check out the outdoor space on the 7th floor. Excellent views and areas to sit and chat or work. Room was clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. "
