Nice property, front desk clerk for day of check in was rude and no concern for hotels error on my account! Still waiting for my refund!!! However, rebooked the next day with a different front desk clerk and she was VERY nice, friendly, knowledgeable and showed concern about the hotels error and me/my daughter being inconvenienced. I couldn't thank her enough for making my daughters birthday a good day after all!!! Thanks again!! ☺️

Staff was really nice. Room was clean, plenty of room. In a great location close to everything. Can't wait to go back to enjoy the outdoor area. 10/10 would recommend.

Norfolk's best kept secret. The room was really nice and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room had a weird smell and toiletries were missing. I understand they were sold out so maybe the housekeepers had a heavy schedule and were possible rushing flipping the rooms. All in all, a good stay. Will return in the future. 8 out of 10 would recommend.

Great hotel in a less than pleasant to the eyes area but that didn't stop us! Lots of places to eat! Room and pool were perfect! Pool is smaller and can swim 10 kids comfortably. No hot tub. Breakfast was delicious as always! FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Super close to Virginia Beach!

The property is clen and the staff is very friendly. Customer service is everything to me and they get an A from me. The only issue was it was 4 of us in the room but only towel for two people, one half role of towel paper for two days stay and no shower gel or shampoo. As soon as we brought this to their attention they took care of it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
Room was very spacious. Had everything you need for a couple nights stay. The bed was very comfortable for a hotel bed. I liked that you could adjust temperature of room by wall thermostat. Also, had a large tv with live television as well as streaming apps. Overall, very nice stay!!

I ended up here because my reservation at another location canceled on me. I'm glad rooms were available when I needed it. I completed booking through another third party. So I can't speak on that. Check in and out is smooth. Breakfast was yummy with a lot of options.

Property was clean and well kept. Rooms where very spacious. But the Rooms facing the front can be bright and you can hear some road noise . Worst is if you have an inconsiderate neighbor that keeps the TV on full volume all night Like we did.. As far as the brightness at night you can close the shades.. As to the road noise or the inconsiderate people next door thats not the hotels fault..

Great location for any VA Wesleyan event. Food and shopping are close by and minutes away from the interstate.
