Highly Recommend
Our stay here was awesome from the time I walked in to check-in to the time we chevked out. Every staff member we had interaction with was polite, friendly and very helpful. The staff was so helpful when part of our family was unable to make it because of weather, they canceled the reservation without any problem. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Great stay
We’ve stayed here twice now. Both times were wonderful. From checking in to checking out. Tiffany checked us in both times and was so friendly and welcoming. This is a clean nice place. The rooms are decorated nicely. The beds are comfortable. Very clean rooms. I love the gym. There is a lot of variety of cardio and weights. We will continue to stay here as long as our daughter lives there. It’s definitely worth the extra money. We’ve stayed at the cheaper options in Norfolk and we will pay the extra to stay here!!

Very clean and nice
Everything was very clean, which honesty is my biggest concern when getting a hotel room. Comfortable shower and bed. Lots of space in the room and bathroom. Appreciated the extra blanket and iron/ironing board. Good breakfast with lots of variety; coffee was good, and they even had pumpkin spice creamer and PS waffles with every topping you could want! We didn't have a chance to try out the pool. Only issue was that Hotels.com said the room slept 6 and showed a hide-a-bed couch, but the room did not have a couch. They gave us a rollaway twin bed, and thankfully we only had 3 of our 4 kids with us. It would have been a problem, though.

Great place to stay, but the rates seem high.
Norfolk is strange, there are a handful of the lesser quality hotels/motels, seemingly only one “midrange”, and the rest are $200+ a night. I’m a Hampton inn gal, but I feel like this one was on par with every other I’ve stayed in, but was priced much higher. Nonetheless, it was clean and comfy.

This was by far the loudest hotel stay I've ever had. I would not suggest room 101 during a snow storm.
