Best onsen hotel in Noboribetsu. Some parts of the hotel is a bit dated but clean. Buffet has a good range of options. Good range of shops, restaurants and entertainment inside the hotel. Location is easily accessible by car and bus. Hotel is situated 2 minutes walk from Jigokudani Valley

Lots of tourists don’t have manor in the public bath. They don’t tell them rules. A lady stand in the middle of the onsen and start to doing exercises. I don’t want to see that while we are all naked. They are loud too. During the onsen and in the morning on the hallway.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The view from ours was great! Staff very friendly and welcoming. The only complaint on my end was the buffet wasn’t anything to write home about in comparison to other hotels we stayed in throughout Japan.
