「There is no hot water, no Wi-Fi, and early check-in is not possible. You must check in at 3 o'clock.」

「Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery. All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went.」

Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel.
