「Severe basically in and out, I did tell them we wanted on 1st floor. We had a room, but there was no vanity in the bathroom. The receptionist told us we could switch rooms we declined to do that. I do suggest even if someone was handicapped there should be a vanity in the bathroom and towel holders. The shower could use a mat of some sort as when it is wet it is slippery. All in all it was a nice clean room. Staff were friendly, loved having it paid for before we went.」

「I will stay here the next time I am in Ozark. Very nice location. At the rear of the building near the property line there is a porch swing. There is a very nice lite (hardly noticeable) wind that seems to continuously blow past the swing. The motel is about 3-4 minute walk from The Village Inn restaurant;. 「Very convenient to the hospital. I wasn't a hospital customer, but it was still convenient for me. Walking to convenience store or restaurant is no problem, but I don't recall a lot of sidewalks in this neighborhood.」

「This hotel property was excellent and will be my go-to when passing through Springfield in the future. The service was excellent, friendly and professional. Breakfast was much better than expected with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, cereal etc. Pool and hot tub were well maintained! Hotel was clean and room was decorated super cute with a fish lodge theme. Leave it to Bass Pro to hit a home run! Highly recommend!」
