"I have extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, I found the room to be unclean, and unfortunately, the staff were not helpful in addressing my concerns. The situation took a turn for the worse when I woke up the next morning to discover a large spider crawling above me. To my horror, I also found that I had been bitten by bed bugs, resulting in painful welts on my neck and body, some of which were severe enough to draw blood. This experience has left me feeling terrified, and I am now suffering from allergic reactions due to the bed bug bites. I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously to prevent future guests from experiencing similar issues."
