「Everything was perfect except I came late at night to check in and I couldn’t get to my room . There is nobody at night to do the check in. My plane was delayed and I couldn’t reach the hotel where I was to arrange a solution. I will come back to this hotel because the location was perfect and very good price 」

「Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean and comfortable overall. Cool and quiet air conditioning (which I personally value the most!) shower water pressure is strong and great, supplied toiletries are very nice. wifi strength in the room is perfect. Stable speed capped at ~10MB/s which is completely fine and expected. 」

「I’m still waiting to hear about my refund for this property! On arrival there was nowhere to check in…the office was closed from 29 December to 2 January! Several other people turned up and found themselves in the same situation as me…leading us to question whether the property actually exists and it’s all a scam!! Given it was very close to New Year I couldn’t find another place stay causing a great deal of anxiety and stress!! I have been in contact with your customer services department and...
