「We stayed for 6 nights at this lovely family-run guesthouse. It is welcoming, cosy and clean in a quiet but charming village. Breakfast was always tasty, varied and fuelled our hours of snowboarding. The triple room with the private bathroom was generous in size, comfy and warm. Hot baths post slopes were a highlight of every day, and the laundry, space to store snowboards etc were helpful. 「銭湯併設で高濃度炭酸泉やサウナ、ジェットバス湯温が違うお風呂や日替わりのお湯など8種類のお風呂を満喫しました。調理場で地場の生ホタルイカを茹で器も何種類もあり好みの器でいただきました。ランドリーもありとても便利です。卓球台があり他の利用客の人が楽しそうに使っていました。特に家族や友人との利用をお勧めします。」

「I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. 「breakfast was not very 'japanese' in style, some of the dinner items found its way into the breakfast tray!」

「餐廳舒適可在這邊用餐休息餐點非常棒，是餐廳等級，西式料理，帶點法式料理的方式，食材真材實料，擺盤精美。因住三人房，應該是兩人房空間放置三張床，空間狹窄，但有陽台紓解，房間裝潢較平實，但沒有什麼味道，不覺老舊。走廊倒是堆置一些備品影響觀瞻。有準備飲水機、微波爐和自動販賣機。浴室是澡堂，溫泉池大約可容納兩三人，避開其他人使用時間倒是不會影響。備有乾燥室，雪季時可供放置雪具。樓梯較陡峭走路要小心，房間都在三樓，無電梯。」

「我以為book左間房，原來係成間獨立屋，有兩層。千五蚊book左咁大間屋我好surprise.而且乾淨企理，相信佢事前有滅過昆蟲，雖然係係花草樹木隔離都無咩昆蟲入屋，而且備有殺蟲水，我很安心。呢度係寵物渡假的，雖然人人拉住隻狗仔但我無，不過我都住得好開心。附近有間收八點的aeon,買密瓜酒店都有刀開，正！唯一美中不足的係位置有點偏僻，同埋七點幾八點己經好多店收晒，食野就少啲選擇。如果想玩激流呀滑翔傘就要去之前一早book定。若果冬天去，一定漫山雪景，靚爆！不過白馬距離立山黑部都有少少距離架！渣車都要要一個鐘去扇X站。靚屋靚景係有少少代價的。」

"這家酒店真是令人印象深刻，乾淨舒適，窗外便是壯麗的雪山景觀，樓下直接連接著雪場，方便搭乘纜車前往山頂，有多條滑雪道適合遊玩和練習，山上的風景美不勝收，酒店設施完善，並有多家雪具用品商店，餐廳選擇雖不算多，而溫泉區也相對比較細。"

"The hotel is conveniently located near Niigata Station. It is close to the shopping areas and many restaurants were located nearby. The only drawback was that the public bath was closed at midnight which was a bit rush for those who returned to the hotel late. It would be better if the public bath could be extended to, say, 1 am."

"天使格蘭飯店，有line的客服，還沒出發前，就能在客服上詢問許多資料，線上先預辦check in，可直接帶著QR code去使用飯店電腦就可以辦入住，印出的紙張上就有門房密碼，基本上記住密碼，就可以進出房間大浴場有二處，本館的浴場較小，室內外各一池，餐廳樓上的浴場比較大，有很多池，外面還有二台按摩椅，跟腳底按摩機，超舒服的不過搭接駁車的人真的很多，原本預計搭10點離開的車，後來等到10點半才能坐上車，好險訂了11點初的JR離開，所以要預留時間"
