「Very good」

「This is a run down, filthy hotel not fit for a stay at any level. It was likely not updated in the last 20 years. The hotel really should be demolished. I left a day early and went to another hotel. This hotel was over 70 dollars per night, more expensive than most hotels. Any positive reviews out there must be from many years ago or they're not authentic. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.」

「I’ve stayed here several times for more than a week at a time over the years because I need to be in this particular area. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the price, it is great. The rooms are as pictured in the photos. Simple, but always clean and the staff are extremely nice. As with much of Addis, the area around it is changing/developing dramatically. If you need to be in the Arada or Amist Kilo area, I’d stay here.」

「This hotel stands out for its proximity to shops, restaurants, outdoor areas, and tourist sites. The reception staff were lovely and very attentive, and the facilities (gym, spa, laundry) were very appreciated. The rooms were dated, but fairly well kept, and the beds were comfy. On the negative side, the shower was too small to be used effectively (the water angle cannot be adjusted and shoots at the shower doors, flowing over the head of shorter guests) and occasionally didn’t have hot water,...

「It was a nice property, but I had a lot of trouble connecting to wifi. they said someone would come install it, but it never happened. Nice staff though. It was also clean.」

「The staff doesn’t clean the area bedding sheets, I got a skin infection which comes from bacteria. They changed the pillow case once, Disgusting. They play loud music all night long and u can’t sleep most nights. I felt disgusting the entire night. The food was so-so. Whenever u ask for something like a desert they never have it. I don’t think they wash the towel so I never used it. Thank God I brought my own. 」
