「We arrived rather late (after 9.00pm), was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we managed it! Greeted by Hilde - lovely lady. Took us to our rooms, which were lovely & comfortable & clean. Allowed full use of the lounge & kitchen. There were 3 of us (adults). Very spacious. Shower lovely. Breakfast choice amazing. We stayed here having visited Bruges. Would definitely return & recommend. 」

「An excellent stop over with nice rooms and wife said it was the best mattress of our Europe tour. Breakfast was excellent however check with reception on busy times. Parking is expensive however the friendly reception team explained that street parking was cheaper for our short stay. Ideal location for the famous last post every night at 20.00」

「We stayed one night at this hotel and it was a very disappointing experience, especially for the price of €110 per night. The room was dirty, old, badly isolated, and honestly gave us the feeling of being in a jail cell. There was no TV, the furniture and interior were outdated, and everything smelled old and unpleasant. The breakfast was even worse — the bread was so hard it was difficult to bite, and none of the products seemed fresh. I was alone with my two children, otherwise I would have...

「Old building that has been well maintained and kept the original look. We were put in the more modern portion to accommodate 3 of us. Pleasantly surprised with the open air museum and proximity to most WWI sites.」
