This hotel was excellent. Clean and modern with large comfortable bed and bathroom. Fridge and safe in the room. The hotel is easily reached by car and within 30 minutes of brugge and attractions. There is not many food options within walking distance, but there is a town 2km away. We did have an issue with the room which we mentioned in check out and Raymond was very understanding and helpful addressing the concern. I would happily stay again.

We had to book this hotel as original hotel was horrendous. On arrival was met by a loveky gentleman who was extremely helpful hotel rooms was very big and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again

Lovely hotel, clean and feels very new and modern. Our room was fantastic, we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite with a balcony facing the road and the fields beyond. Walkable to bars, shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Very good and confortable.

Large and comfortable room, great bathroom, clean and wide . Separate WC room which very handy when you are sharing the room. Large bed was very confortable. Very good hotel - you do need a car, it is not close to any stores or restaurants.

The pool is not in the hotel

Disappointing that the pool is not the hotel pool but we need to walk to a public pool nearby (300m) in the cold It's ambiguous in the hotel description, it's never clearly explained Great service and spacious rooms though

Definitely worth trying

Very nice hotel which I would definitely stay at if passing through this area again. Room was kindly upgraded to a Suite which was amazing and would recommend to any family who may be looking to stay in the area. Wonderful games room and honesty bar at sensible pricing. Casino next door to the hotel if you wanted to try your luck just take your passport and sign up and also get the chance to have a go on the Free Spin the Wheel to win prizes. Only downside I would say is that the Casino did not have a menu in English and also based on UK prices I thought looked high from what I could make out. The town however is around a 30 minute walk away should you want other choices. Overall though would highly recommend and I do hope to stay again in the future.

Clean hotel, avoid breakfast and rooms in third fl

Clean hotel next to the casino with a nice area with games including table tennis and free hot drinks. We had breakfast the first day but didn't like the bread so didn't go back. However there were fresh fruits, cheese etc but not high quality products (bread, juice for ex). We liked our room but it was on the last floor with low ceiling in most parts of the room, we could only leave the bed from one side. It also got very warm because of the sun but we could open the window. If I would go back, I would stay on another floor.

Nice welcome and well appointed rooms. But, I did specifically search for a hotel with a pool and this one popped-up in the search results, however there is no pool at this hotel. There is a public pool next door. As nice as the public pool is, it is full of people, it costs extra (I think we paid about €30 for a family) and you can't just chill and relax by the pool while your kids swim and play - which is what we were looking for. Same with the spa, I am pretty sure there is no spa here, it is in the public swimming pool next door. Another slight gripe is we were not offered a breakfast inclusive rate, on checking out of the hotel we were charged €35 each day for a family of 4, times two nights - it mounts up to a lot for a coffee and pain a'choc.

De eerste kamer die we kregen had maar een klein raampje die uitkeek op houten planken dus zijn we een andere kamer gaan vragen en niet teleurgesteld. Zeer mooie kamer met zelf instelbare thermostaat, ook stil. Proper hotel, vriendelijke service en lekker ontbijt. Enig verbeterpunt kan zijn een eigen on site gym en bar gezien er in de omstreken wel wat te doen is, maar niet veel in het hotel zelf.
