「I would like to share my experience to help future travelers. The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us. 「商務住宿，地點鄰近商業區，房間舒適，光線充足，但房間需要開我風扇，附近有24小時超市！5pm 前需要check in, 需要職員講解如何以電子開啓大門，電梯及房門。房間空間感十足，大量衣櫃，風筒及吸塵機可以使用！」

「The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. 」

「The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business. The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important 」
