"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was courteous, polite, and professional. The room was clean and cozy, making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place."

"The pool, sauna and hot tub areas were closed and we weren’t made aware of this ahead of time, which for us was significant because my husband is disabled and could not get to the up the hill location of the alternate location for the sauna, pool and hot tub. Additionally, the alternative location was open until just 15:00. Which didn’t work for my daughter who works remotely. So the trip we planned didn’t end up being the trip we planned. We were offered a refund of sorts, but a simple “heads up” would have been much preferred and would have saved our family birthday trip for my husband. The room was loud in that you could hear neighbors, but the view from our balcony and the hotel food was excellent."
