「Great hotel with great location. They are in the process of updating the property and building what, I think, are private condos, so the overall property is improving. Staff is friendly and fluent in English. Had one run in with an issue due to a door malfunction, and while it was not a positive interaction, in the end, it was resolved amicably. 「The resort offers a great location - One hour from the airport, walking distance to the village and marina, right on the beautiful beach. Kids enjoyed making custom drinks at the bar, and loved the beach (no seaweed, clean white sand, amazing sunset every nights). Good food but limited selection. It’s a small cozy property with one pool and pretty much one restaurant. All inclusive was a way to go as everything at the resort is overpriced otherwise.
