Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer bekommen (kostenloses Zimmerupgrade) und uns wurde sehr vom Personal in einer Notsituation geholfen. Das Hotel hat eine weitläufige grüne Anlage. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet alles, was man braucht.」

Nous avons profité de prendre nos repas dans la superbe cours aménagée du domaine. On y aurait passé la semaine avec plaisir. 「J’avais réservé cet hôtel principalement parce qu’il y avait une piscine. En plein été, avec les fortes chaleurs, c’était un critère essentiel pour moi. En arrivant, on nous annonce que la piscine est fermée, soi-disant parce que son entretien coûte trop cher. Dans ce cas, il ne faudrait pas l’afficher comme un service disponible lors de la réservation. C’est vraiment décevant et trompeur.
