「This is a beautiful property with an unusually accommodating staff. They took me to my event which was a few kilometers away and picked me up free of charge. Also, they arranged a ride for me back to the train station. They made everything very easy and stress free! 」

The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.」

The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were gorgeous. The breakfast was fantastic and included a wide range of options. I would absolutely recommend Villa Maya.」

「Ce n’est pas un hôtel haut de gamme mais très propre et bien situé pour prendre le train vers Florence et autres. Prenez note qu’il n’est pas situé dans une ville touristique donc Du côté choix de restaurant c’est plus difficile. Le dejeuner est très basique.」

「This is a wonderful place to stay while in Volterra, very ** sweet place. The breakfast was by far the best one so far for us from Rome, Florence to Volterra! They also have a very nice cafe/bar up on the roof. 5* for sure!」

「Chambre spacieuse et propre mais on entend les bruits du couloir et les rideaux ne cachent pas suffisamment le jout. Environnement extérieur calme. Considérant le nombre d'étoiles affichées il devrait y avoir une bouilloire et le café/thé de bienvenue. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner copieux est varié. La proximité de la gare permet de se rendre facilement sur Sienne ou Florence. Décus que le bar et le restaurant soient fermés. Malgré cela un bon rapport qualité/prix.」
