Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
For being "off-season" it was a rather expensive trip. Extra to see the falls. Extra to park. extra "resort" fee and the room was unlike any other. We have never experienced a room where you must traverse two sets of stairs to get to the living/sleeping area. Not good for someone with a bad leg.

Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls
When we arrived Edith and Georgette helped us settle in our rooms fast and efficiently. The rooms were overall clean and had a nice view. Staff was nice and helpful ready to answer any concerns.
