We enjoyed our overnight stay here. Yes it is no frills but that is reflected in the cost. Staff are very pleasant, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We shall certainly return when visiting Welland,

It was a dorm room so some of the walls had chips from where kids had posters hanging but no big deal! It was clean and quiet! We liked that there were 2 separate bedrooms and a full size fridge! Great stay for the price!

It is a quiet confortable property. Its centrally located. We were there for a baseball tournament and were wothin 10 minutes of everything. The staff are friendly amd helpful. Rooms are clean.

The room wasn't fancy, but it had everything you need for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Fresh and clean. Kitchenette. Nice staff. Perfect for our needs. I would stay there again, for sure.

This was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price compared to Niagara Falls hotels. We came for a soccer tourney in Niagara falls and this place was just 25m away. These are actually Niagara College residences but are well kept and clean. The suite was spacious.

Someone next room was singing till 2:00AM, when you sit the toilet my knees was hitting the sink, check in took more than 30 minutes, besides that, excellent price, free parking, nice young staff try to help you, place was very clean, I like their cafeteria 24/7 self serving. I might stay again…

Great bang for your buck. The residence is clean but the room had an off smell. It had lots of room and having a full fridge and microwave was convenient. It is nothing fancy so if you are looking for a place to rest then its perfect. Staff was lovely and accomodating.

It's a very nice and clean place if you need to stay overnight. They don't provide much service for you. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked fine and the room was quiet. That was basically all we needed
