Very Personable, guest services I interacted a few times with the gentleman at the front desk with the tattoos “sister” I’m not sure of his name Exceptional service and very helpful!!! Rooms very clean and freshly painted. Washroom is updated and love the shower stall

The staff was helpful and friendly, hotel clean and a better variety of choices for breakfast not just continental. One downside is that the breakfast area was a bit small and when it gets crowded it's hard to maneuver around.

I thought I had booked the Comfort Inn near the falls, this one was it near the airport, nothing much around but a short walk did get us coffee. The room was clean, would recommend for cheaper accommodation option

This was a good place to stay, 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean. My only complaint being that the pool was dirty, despite being very chlorinated. Overall a nice place to stay and the staff was awesome.

It was a very nice hotel! I guess my only issue was no housekeeping! They only clean a room after you leave maybe... not sure! Everything looked great!

Room was clean but the hallways and public areas were not kept tidy. Only one elevator was operating as the other elevator was under repair. It snowed and the area around the hotel was not shoveled or cleaned in any way making for a dangerous commute to and from your car. Breakfast was good and coffee available 24/7 was convenient. I was not impressed and would not stay here again.

The customer service at this hotel was Phenomenal. We arrived friday evening and the gentleman that was working was fantastic. The customer service was I would definitely stay there again

Disorganized, loud, was put in three different rooms and had to change each time as each room had an issue. Walls are very thin. Only one manager who seemed to care about helping.

I like this property and have come here several tumes.i do not like the smell in the hallways..smells like strong perfume..Construction going on but wasn't inconvenienced by it. Rate was good. A pleasant stay..we will return.

Place was fairly new and clean. Walls are a bit thin, building utilities were making some pretty good banging noises in the middle of the night. Wish they had a restaurant in house, there are very few decent places to eat in the area especially at night.

It was a great stay. The rooms were clean. They were putting in new flooring by the elevators but it didn't get our way, it just didn't look nice, but I am sure it will look great when it's finished. Other guests were a little noisy at night but it was manageable.

When we checked in at the hotel, we were not giving the information about breakfast, as it is not easy to find on the website, or on Expedia, you need to go through a bunch of screens to find a simple information: what time is the breakfast served?! We went downstairs to have our “breakfast included “ at 9:50, and the lady at front desk advised us was already closed. Building is under renovation and it’s dusty, paper thin walls. I’m usually not someone that complains, but I was very disappointed and I would not recommend a stay there.
