Do not waste your money, I'd rather sleep in my car than throw away my money on this scam again. There was no breakfast, thats a blatant lie despite onsite signage. The jacuzzi had low pressure and no temperature labels. When i attempted to check out there was no one in the office and no one answered the phone line. When they did call me back, they insisted I come back to the motel even though i told them i had left the keys in the dropbox and had a meeting to get to. When i arrived they gave excuses to why no one was there and let me know they wouldnt charge for the parking that was supposed to be included anyways. They also did not need me to do anything and sent me away yet again. There was no need for me to return. There was also a barrel on fire in the parking lot betwen buildings all night. Absolute scam.

Large spacious & clean rooms, walkable distance to major activities, the customer service was very warm, just enough breakfast to take you to your lunchtime; I stayed 4 nights & I enjoyed every minute of it.

Clean and comfortable

Rooms were clean and staff seemed to be trying really hard to ensure guest happiness. The continental to-go breakfast in the morning was absolutely delightful. I would stay here again. Affordable and only a ten minute walk to Clifton Hill!

No hot tub in my room however the amenities were fine and the location was quiet outside as well. I was warned by friends in Niagara Falls to be careful of the people around me as it was often used by those that use drugs however I did not see any of that. It is in the seedier part of the town however I had no complaints. Breakfast was just adequate and that was what was expected.
