"We had a great stay at Luxury Lotus. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had the most to do with Amy & Bobby who were wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. The breakfast has plenty of options and the afternoon tea pool side is a great way to relax. Rooms are spacious and right across from the beach. A lovely touch on international Women's day was staff presenting a flower to all the women at breakfast- a reflection of a hotel that genuinely cares about their guests. We would happily stay again "

"We booked this hotel for several weeks stay to be near the beach in Da Nang. Great location, however, the room had no closet storage, only a small hanging rack for clothes. We had to request more hangers and live out of our suitcases (we like to unpack while on vacation). The toilet and shower share the same sliding door (no true privacy). The shower had no shelves for toiletries or to hang towels. The sink emitted a sewage smell. There is no place to put a bar of soap while bathing in the nice tub (tub out in the open with no doors). The floors are concret with no coverings. The mattress was hard but we grew to appreciate it. The staff were very guarded to provide beach towels. The public spaces of the property were very nice and modern. The daily breakfast was delightful. But because of the aforementioned room limitations, we would not stay at this property again. To add insult, during check out, the staffs friendly disposition grew serious and we were told to have a seat in the lobby and wait for staff to do a final check through our room before we could leave the property. We were not expecting this delay as our driver had arrived to take us to the airport. They were fairly quick about it but I found it extremely embarrassing, inconvenient and rude. We will not be staying at this property again. There are lots of other just as nice options for equal or less money near the same area. "

"Best stay in Da Nang. We stayed at another resort prior which was also great, but this blew our expectations out of the water. Beautiful spacious rooms that are immaculately cleaned and maintained, very nice facilities and awesome food at a reasonable price. Spa was included each day which was exceptional."

"The room was not the room we booked on line. Requested a room change and was shown the same room but on a different floor. The one we got, came with a price increase. Moved the next day..Mold and mildew everywhere. Hard to breathe. Nothing we could do about it. I The rooms are very dated. Bathroom was clean and updated. Staff, especially Gusmi, were very nice. "

"Great stay. The restaurant was amazing. The noise from construction next door really wasn’t that bad, I was on the 8th floor at the back with a corner room, so really should have been awful but it was fine. "
