「We had 3 rooms booked for a special Titanic birthday weekend Unfortunately there had been flood water damage in the rooms - we were not notified til we got there that they could not accommodate us and we were relocated to the Marriott hotel - Couldn't;t do enough for us - complimentary cocktails 1 round - all transfers paid for but we felt we missed out on the luxury theme boutique hotel. Ruben on reception deserves a special mention for customer service.」

「Owners were super helpful and friendly. Gave us great tips for our travel through Northern Ireland」

「Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast」

「員工服務良好 反應事項 及時處理」

「Culloden is a very pretty spot but service was a bit uneven. Front desk was terrific and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dining fell short. Long waits and relatively poor quality was out of character with the rest of the property. We stayed two nights and would stay again as its rooms and natural beauty are terrific. The free breakfast was a case of getting what you pay for and the Cultra Inn was very disappointing. We did not try the Spa.」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「We only used this location as its proximity to the Belfast City Airport. Hard to evaluate or give an honest opinion as we were only there for 10 hours. The inside of the building was under construction so there was some mess. No review on breakfast as we left at 3:00 am.」
