"The place in not clean whatsoever inside and the outside ground. After I checked in and saw my room, I requested at the front desk that they refund me my money back, but they refuse to do so because they told me that I had already checked in . well I did not know that the place was gonna look this disgusting.. "Went to 3 different rooms before we found one satisfactory. First room was smoked out and second room didn’t have a blindfold for darkening. When we tried to get extra pillows, we were told that the housekeeping room was locked and no one had a key."

"When we first checked into our room the TV didn't work. They moved us to another room. The next morning we left for the day when we got back that evening we noticed the housekeeping came in and left clean towels only and while in our room they took it upon themselves to take my Ugg boot box. The ugg boot box was left on the bed along with other personal things. I contact the the front desk and they gave me a email to the hotel manager. After I sent the email the front desk lady told me she received the email and that she forward it to the hotel manager. The housekeeping manager didn't come in until Sunday at 9:00am. She was zero help as well. I checked out Sunday around 9:30am. They told me I had to contact the hotel manager Monday morning. When I spoke to the hotel manager he kept justifying the situation saying his workers would never touch personal things in room and the only thing he could offer me was $14. This is unacceptable. Housekeeping shouldn't touch guest personal things at all. I will never recommend staying here again. "

"The rooms were in terrible condition phones did not work missing or broken. Half the plug outlets did not work the rooms wer not properly cleaned. Heater was.not operating correctly either to hotnor to cold. When i asked for.am extra blanket the staff would not accommodate me. The breakfast ran out by 7:30 and was not heated well. I had to request for.more food breakfast started at 7 and not many were in the dining room. I feel that i should be refunded for misrepresented rooms and bad service at least partially."

"This was the ideal place to stay for family time at Stone Mountain it is located very close to the Mountain. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, they also had a nice hot/cold breakfast set up and the coffee was perfectly brewed"
