「The check in process was quick and smooth. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled so good. You can tell it is a newer hotel. The bathroom was perfect. I appreciated the little details that housekeeping did. The soap and lotion dispenser handles were turned towards each other and the drain was closed. 「整體感覺很糟，前台人員除了第一天入住時接待的那位服務人員外，其他幾位都不太熱情，環保程度選擇太棒了是因為廁所衛生紙用完不會補，連毛巾收走後也沒有補足新的，連洗髮精也都沒有補充，所以環保上可以很諷刺的給滿分。第一天的房間門故障，無法正常開啟，隔天換一間房結果電視一直當機，真的不推薦這家飯店」
