This is a nice hotel. The hotel it's is clean, and has good security after hours. What would be great is if it didnt smell like weed in the elevators. I'm sure that's beyond their control but i could smell it outside the hotel as well as in the elevators. The bed was comfortable and the hotel room was very clean, with a large fridge and a stove.

This is a hidden gym in Conyers ga . It’s brand new and so clean. The rooms are big with a nice kitchen sink storage and a table with 2 stools bathrooms are clean and spacious and the beds are clean and so comfortable! I love this place!!!!

Spotless is quite accurate. Clean smelling. Love the laundry facilities. You need only a smart phone and detergent. I would add a rack on which to hang your clothes and a trash can. An iron in the room would also be nice.

This is a new Extended Stay Suites Hotel. Everything is new and clean. It smells really fresh. They conserve with supplies and are not wasteful when it comes to having multiple linen piled in a room. They provide enough at a time. Additionally, kitchen supplies are available at your request and a few trash bags. It’s important to keep you room clean and odor free because this is a beautiful place and there are no 24/7 custodial services. The Attendants at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Since everything is new, they try their best to answer all questions, but patience with them is needed and appreciated.

I really loved this place, came with everything we needed. Gas station, dollar general and liquor store in walking distance . staff was very accommodating. Will be coming again. Has a restaurant on the outside behind the hotel called Bella vista (authentic Mexican food) GREAT FOOD 10/10

This is not a standard hotel. It is a longterm stay facility for homeless people. This place is nothing remotely close to what the reviews say. I lucky was able to cancel my reservation , so i dont know what the rooms look like. But i spent over 40 minutes waiting for the lobby staff to show upto the check in area to check me in and thank goodness for that because thats when i saw the people living in the "hotel". An addict was dropping her laundry at the front desk then she went outside to get high, a woman yelling back and forth that she got locked out of her room with small children locked inside the room. A couple of women that looked as if they would start physically fighting. and a handful of guests trying to check in with no sign of a worker in site. The rates advertised are very affordable but if you dont mind the possibility of your car being broken into or being surrounded by very unsavory people then go for it. But if you are looking for an actual hotel that also feels safe, dont book this place

The room itself is new. The hotel staff is nice. The hotel smells in the halls and sometimes seeps in of weed very heavy and resonants. Also everything is a charge. Clean towels, sheets, etc. Although a stovetop. Brings all supplies including eating utensils, seasonings, plates, even face tissue, etc. As long as you understand, it’s a bargain and you get what you get. The plus is the hotel and rooms are new. Lastly, they are not a direct affiliate of Wyndham so no points either.

Honestly a horrible experience. The room smelled horrible as soon as you walk in, towels had makeup on them, and on one of the nights I had gone to sleep and my boyfriend woke me up because there was a cockroach on my pillow. Would NEVER stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Save your money!!!!!!

I hate to say bad things about businesses that are trying to generate gas but this hotel just cannot get iit right. Too many errors cleaniness, observation of quiet hours? Pests in rooms. Clerical errors,,,,,, I'll stop there. I hope these issues are heard and addressed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, I was given a room that was already occupied. The previous guest’s belongings were still inside, including a gas can containing gasoline, which raised serious safety concerns. Walking into an occupied room is not only unacceptable but also potentially dangerous. That the manager on duty and no concern of remorse about. I was then reassigned to a second room, which was infested with ladybugs both live and dead insects were throughout the space. After reporting this issue, I was given a third room. Unfortunately, this room was also unsatisfactory, as the bed sheets were covered in visible dog hair and hand prints on the doors. Due to these repeated issues, I chose to leave the property. The front desk staff informed me that my reservation had been canceled and that I would receive a full refund. However, because I booked through a third-party company, they have attempted multiple times to contact the hotel to process the refund and have received no response. As a result, I have still not received my refund. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and concerning experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others based on the lack of cleanliness, safety concerns, and poor communication.
