"We had a lovely stay here for a birthday trip that turned into an engagement trip! The staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left! The room was absolutely perfect, spacious, clean and came with amenities such as tea, coffee and even a hot chocolate kit with little bags of marshmallows! The pool and hot tub was easily accessible and was clean and tidy each time we used this. The bar area was also super easy to find and was great to have a drink down there and also take a drink back up to sit on the balcony! The staff assisted us with booking taxis and gave us recommendations during our stay also, the customer service from the reception team was definitely the best we have ever received! We can’t wait to come back already! Thank you team!"
