「This property was very close to everything worth seeing and provided almost everything we needed. I loved the location and did not mind walking down and up Steep Hill each day. However, the studio was not very clean. Both rugs looked as though they had not been vacuumed in some time, and we avoided walking on them as much as possible. 「On arrival at the Hamilton was greeted by five other guests who also found their key codes wouldn't let you in to the property! After calling the number provided on the email we all received we were able to ascertain the code for the door wasn't the same as the one for our rooms, as this wasn't clear on our 1st emails!! This information wasn't given to me until a later email... The room was however clean ish but found the bed was of poor standard, with also to be found the toilet roll holder to...

「The place was cute, and the neighbor was very kind, he came out to talk to us when we were trying to figure out parking the first night. The drive isn’t big enough for any car larger than a Mini, but there’s ample space for parking on the curb. The only real downside was the amount of bugs within the property. Any corner that was looked at held spiders of considerable size. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s as sensitive to those things as I am. We sat on the back porch the first night...

「This hotel exceeded my expectations. When you entered, the first thing that greets you is the fresh smell. Everything was so clean. Greeted by a staff member who spoke like he was in the ritz hotel. Old fashioned customer service. Wonderful! Room was clean, even the toiletries in the bathroom were good quality. Restaurants nearby. So pleased that we found this gem! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.」

「This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.」
