"I waited outside the front door for 45 minutes and no one came to the door resulting in me being unable to check in to my room. I called the lobby and they said they have 24 hour check in and that someone was there, but I was outside the door for 45 mins with no sign of anyone and the door was locked. I asked for a refund due to not being able to get my room and they said no. "

"The room was in fine condition but felt like a dorm room. Super bright, white lights. The luggage holder was broken. The hot water didn’t work in the sink, and the water kept shutting off. Staff were nice. It just has no character. Felt sterile."

"This was one of the very smooth stays we’ve been in a hotel. Everything is straightforward and as shown on their posting. The bed was very comfortable and deep sleep inducing 👍. Breakfast was great, very good muffins. Just a quick note to not do online check-ins and check-outs, as it was advised from the front desk to just go straight to them on the time of your check-in and these online forms are not of necessity.
