"The room itself was nice, two comfy big beds and a small bar fridge so just what we needed really. The bathroom though was pretty outdated, a few ratty old fixtures that could do with replacing like the broken toilet seat and towel holders etc. Everything still useable and wasn’t a major concern though. Overall though would happily stay there again, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ideal."

"The motel advertised free wifi.. on second day staff advised they were unable to fix problem and offered 1 continental breakfast as compensation. It was our impression that this unit (#14) did not have wifi because it was too far from motel (facing onto back street), and that management well knew the problem existed."

"The only good thing about this place is that the rooms were clean. Everything else was terrible. There was no water in the kitchen for 3/4 days and the staff did not tell us on check in. The kitchen was dirty as no one could do dishes or wipe down the benches. When I asked the staff tab out the water, they were rude and unapologetic, did not attempt to explain the situation. There were no parties but guest staying up late till 2am chatting on the deck so was noisy. The bunk beds are not sturdy, every time someone turn, the whole bunk moves and makes a noise as well. The staff wanted to keep our credit cards on a piece of paper behind the counter on arrival. I tried to explained that it was inappropriate and they got the number of their computer and wrote my credit card details on the piece of paper. "
