The room itself was great... except they did not disclose that the terrace to my very expensive room has been closed since COVID and was bolted shut. They gave me a small discount and a bottle of champagne which was nice, but I booked this room specifically for the terrace. So very upsetting.

Pod 51
Functional, but quite expensive for what it actually is. Staff friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, but the walls are thin and the doors slam so the nights are noisy.

Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge.
