It’s a great spot, good location. It’s just super loud and noise really sips in through the doors, windows and everywhere. It’s NY, sure. Not much can be done there but I think soundproofing upgrades would take this place to the next level. Otherwise, it’s an Ace hotel, you’re in good hands!

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The fridge in the room was plugged in and we had difficulty finding an outlet near it. There was a large convention and the elevator situation was horrible! It was packed with people and took a long time to get up to our room.

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
Room safe broken, room was a little drafty especially at night. Very nice and large lobby and seating area. Decor modern with a touch of art deco.
