Me pusieron en una habitacion en un sotano horrible , se escucha el ruido de las camaristas en la mañana , esta solo y sucia el area de afuera. Muy encerrado el cuarto no entra luz y se siente abandonado

I want to start by saying, we arrived very early before check in and they were able to get us in a room quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. We were there during 100* weather. We realized the toilet did not work and contacted the front desk at 5:10 pm…we were told nothing could be done until 9 am the next day. Couldn’t even change rooms. The refrigerator in the room froze our drinks and they exploded. That said, staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was good.

Room we were initially assigned to had a tub that wouldn't drain, so my child had to get out of it and get dressed again. Lamp was inoperable, didn't even have a knob. We were moved to another room for the night, and yet a THIRD room the next evening. That room had curtains which wouldn't close, so we had the city lights shining in our faces all night, making it hard to sleep. Manager was "out of town," and never called us as promised, so wr called HIM. Desk staff (Nil and Harry) were understanding, apologetic, and very helpful. They tried, but it wasn't their fault.

Extremely disappointed. We were in a musty basement. I dont even believe its acceptable for business. Leaks, fired hazards, and we could barely walk into the room and move. And we are small people. Only good thing was breakfast.

Bare-bones hotel. Rooms are very smalls. Thin walls. Paint chipping, 1/2 empty bottles of toiletries. Breakfast is included but was cold and barely edible. Overall, if you aren't planning on spending any time in your room other than sleeping, its fine.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. I would stay again. I didn't use the TV or fridge but they were available in the room. I also did not get a chance to take advantage of the free breakfast since my flight was leaving early. Everything was clean except the last guest shed alot of hair in the bathroom and houskeeping didn't quite get it all. Convinient spot for walking to activities, food, and shopping.

breakfast included made it worthwhile

it was a pleasant stay since gf and i are not sensitive. things can be improved to bring experience to a whole new level, like using rolling devices to transport clean towels/sheets, picking time for service to use elevator (not during morning).. shower pressure drops when neightbor uses shower.. for price and location, also the breakfast included, we found our stay to be okay. would we stay again? yes, if the price is right.

While the management and staff were friendly, the property showed some wear; rooms were small, wall tiles uneven, and paint chipped. The location was terrific for Broadway shows, and the 300 block of W. 44th was safe and convenient.

Staff very helpful, hotel could use some uodating

This hotel is ideally located for the theater district. However, it has definitely seen better days. It is clean and the breakfast was fine, but we ran into several issues. The main one is the construction site across the street--not Ramada's fault--where drilling began at 7 am. Fortunately the very helpful staff, especially Harry, got us a nice, quiet room the next day at the back of the hotel. Staff were excellent; the hotel could use some updating.
