The location was great and the place was very clean. The staff was also very nice. The only issue was that there was no mini fridge in our bedroom. We really needed one, and although the staff arranged to bring one, it was only available the next day. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Staff was super nice from beginning to end, they gave us a cookie to welcome us when we arrived at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious for what is "normal" in New York and price was good, not low, not high, just what you would expect as the location was very good. I’d recommend this if you want a nice place to rest and be a few blocks from Times Square and near bunch of stuff in NY

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we love it!!! Great staff!! (Sam, Romaine and all the guys/girls at the front desk and the Housekeeping ladies) Thank you for everything!! Our room/bathroom was clean always and the hotel is close to practically everything: MSG, Subway Stations, Restaurants and Shops. Bonus Points for the awesome cookies they give!! We are excited to be back next year!! Thanks again!!
