"Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves"

"The place had a great brand new pool. The management was easy to get a hold of and responded to questions instantly. The only downside was the air conditioner broke and a few other maintenance issues during our stay but the management had workers out the next day and the suites are getting renovated in the next couple of weeks. This is a great place that you can just walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with items so you can cook and have coffee. There are beach towels ready for use. Enjoyed our stay."

"If you're looking for accommodations where you are made to feel like a valued guest, Inn on the Ave. is the place for you. The inn's hostesses go out of their way to make you feel, not only welcome but, special. My husband and I have stayed in a few of their wonderfully-themed rooms several times. Carole and Angie are the absolute best at accommodating your needs, willing to offer suggestions about places to go or to eat, and of course, cooking the all-important morning breakfast and supplying Happy Hour sangria and pastry libations. You'll also appreciate being located within walking distance of the beach, on one end of Flagler Avenue, and numerous bars/restaurants, on the other. Don't be seduced by the big chain hotels -- come to Inn on the Ave. and enjoy its amazing NSB hospitality."

"This is a truly exceptional facility. The staff was caring, friendly, helpful. They were all committed to helping us to enjoy our stay. The spaces were recently redecorated with extreme care. Both the public areas and guest rooms are inviting and comfortable. The breakfasts were superb- cooked with care- interesting quiches and irresistible baked goods. I understand that it’s a preferred wedding spot and I understand why- but even on a rainy weekend in February it was a special oasis."
