「The lady who checked us in was awesome wish I could remember her name. The lady Samantha who checked us out was great. My problem is I called front desk at 11:50 p.m.when we got back to the room on Saturday the 25th.tired and hungry and our room smelt so horrible. Like backed up sewage. 「Room not ready at check in- waited in the parking lot for hour and half- staff lied and said they called me to notify room was ready- not even an apology. Gave us less than an hour to get ready for our event. Next morning housekeeping woke us knocked on our door until we answered even though we had the sign on the door. Strip clubs nearby. Will never stay here again.」
