「While they have recently renewed flooring in halls and rooms, overall general condition is average. Beds comfortable and everything worked as expected. Being a college town with several other hotels in the area, they are average, compared to Hampton and Holiday Inn for example. In town for Ohio basketball game and while they all inflate rates when they can, the price while reasonable compared to others, still not justified.
