「Reserved 2 queen beds and they decided to “upgrade” us to a King. 2 adults and a teen. Not happy and refused partial refund when contacted by me and Expedia who I booked under. Breakfast was far from good. Bacon undercooked and eggs not even heated well. Only went to that town to buy some merch from Smile More Laundry and Tan.」

「First and foremost - the hotel does NOT have an elevator. If you can't take the stairs for any reason, you are out of luck. It's the first floor or nothing. I was very surprised at this. We got lucky that there were rooms available on the first floor.
Maintenance is very clearly optional here. The rooms are passable, but there is no ventilation, so the room runs hot and cold when the AC is on or not. The bathroom is woefully small and there is no ventilation, so you should bring some...

「The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast before hitting the road. However, the hallways were very noisy, and the walls were very thin. We were kept awake for several hours by a person talking on their cell phone. We thought that the person was outside in the new lounge area, but we soon realized he was simply in his room having a conversation on speakerphone with family. Because the walls were so thin, we could hear virtually everything being said.」
