This was my second visit, as I came for Jazz festival last year as well. I was in a quieter spot in the hotel last year, but when I spoke with the desk staff about some noisy people next door to my room, they took care of it. In general, the property is in good shape. Could use new outdoor carpeting in the pool area. This location is convenient if you don’t want to drive, as a bus stops very near to the hotel, and a single straightforward transfer has you downtown in short order. I would likely book here again.

I've stayed here several times and it's always been pleasant. This time, there was an issue with no running water for a time, but it was doable and we were advised as soon as we checked in.

The efficiency of service. The room was spacious. parking was easy Quick and convenient. Check in and check out was a breeze despite the extra fee and tax in person but i understand needing collateral for any nuisances. No noise. Breakfast being included was a bonus.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Firstly, upon entering the room, I was dismayed to find stained bedding and linens. This was not only unsightly but also concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Additionally, I was surprised to discover that housekeeping services were not provided during my stay, leaving me to address the stained bedding and linen myself. I was provided with only two sheets to make the bed, which further added to my frustration and discomfort. I had to sleep on a stained bed with sheets layered over it.

While the property itself was right off a busy interstate, I still felt extremely safe, the staff was courteous, and my room was very spacious.

Love the beautiful courtyard with huge brick fireplace and pool. Big rooms with everything that you need. However our room smelled like heavy cologne and then someone tried to cover that up with a heavy spray. Otherwise would have been a great stay.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the mattress on the king size bed was hard...not rock hard but too hard...you felt it after you laid to rest.

The property was very well kept and the front desk staff were amazing! Rooms were nice and spacious. I don't necessarily eat hotel breakfast but i did check it. The food looked to be refresh.

The County Inn exceeding my expectations. It's conveniently located right off of the highway and easy to find. There's plenty of shops and restaurants in the area some even walking distance. I thought that the staff was polite and helpful. Traveling with two teen boys, I really appreciated the free hot breakfast! Lol and my grandma LOVED the free cookies. The beds and pillows were comfy. However, the carpets in the room and bathroom could use a little more TLC, there was rust/grim around the sink handles and the carpets have visible large stains. Also, I recommend moving the coffee maker out of the bathroom. I don't drink coffee but if I did, I wouldn't want to use the maker that has been sitting in the bathroom with different strangers using it. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay with no major complaints, I would certainly recommend the Country Inn.

The elevator went out of order the second night we stayed there. My family (4yr and 1yr) girls and 3 month pregnant wife were forced to climb three stories to our room. No alternate accommodations were made or offered. The stairs were a literal pain. My oldest daughter tripped and fell on the stairs and hurt her hip. Could’ve been way worse if she had hit her head on those concrete steps. Disappointed. Not sure how a wheel chair bound person would be able to even get their things from their room if the elevator went out for them. There was no rush to fix it either. Stayed out of order for two days. Probably still is out of order.

The pre check-in process made check-in a breeze. My key was already ready & waiting on me. Access to the room was a little different than most hotels, but the courtyard was pleasant with a warm ambiance. Room was spacious but could use some renovations. For a quick stay, it was convenient and comfortable.

They said early check in was a an option but when we got there the front desk quickly told us it wasn't. The bathroom wasn't as clean and the side mirror had rust all over it. When we called to ask a question about parking they answered then hung right up but answered after we called again
