"We stayed for two nights and appreciated the hotel’s sea view and convenient location—just a 15-minute drive from Jeju Airport and close to many tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, we had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff on our departure day. We had an early morning flight, and the staff offered to book a taxi for us, assuring it would take around 10 minutes. Unfortunately, after more than 30 minutes of waiting, no taxi arrived, and we had to arrange an Uber ourselves. This delay caused unnecessary stress and nearly made us miss our flight. Additionally, communication was challenging due to the staff’s limited English proficiency, which made resolving the situation even more difficult. We hope the hotel can improve its service reliability and staff training to better support international guests."

"停車位很少很不方便 冷氣會常常自動關閉 浴廁外的簾子無法完全遮蔽讓人不安心 剛check in裡面就有未收拾的寶特瓶(內有奇怪深色液體) 唯一優點就是海景跟地理位置 "

"酒店非常近機場，而且搭的士前往都很便宜及方便。酒店附近有很多食店，旁邊也有藥粧店。另外洒店隔離已經係樂天免稅店，記得留時間一逛因19:00關門。跟一天團多數都在酒店門口接送，十分方便。很高興洒店能夠安排高層房間可以看到機場飛機升降及海景。"

"房間簡單乾淨，地點方便，離蓮洞商圈跟機場都很近，高樓層房間可以看到海景跟飛機起降，缺點是床太軟，翻身的波動感強烈，浴缸跟淋浴在同一處。"
