LOTTE CITY HOTEL JEJU AIRPORT

LOTTE CITY HOTEL JEJU AIRPORT

8/10 Good
"Air conditioning is good, location is good. On first impression it is impeccable however, the toilet taps were tarnishing and other hard furnishings like black quartz basin top had white patches. While staff offered to give early check in, the maintenance could have been better. Thre were also no proper cups - only paper cups. And the dustbin had no plastic wraps around it which felt like hygiene concerns. Environmental friendly yes - but this just feels like carbon washing at the inconvenience of customers"

"It is at center of the Jeju city and near the airport (about 10 mins by bus), so it was convenient to use public transportations. The breakfast was really good especially in light of the price. The room was clean and staffs were kind."
