The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless—every detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Jeju Lotte Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and a touch of luxury. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju."

"저는 580호에서 2박 머물렀습니다. 엘리베이터 근처라 지나가는 숙박객들의 소리가 조금 들리는 점을 제외하면 모든 부분이 다 좋았습니다. (에어컨 냉방 시설 상태 최고!) 저는 뚜벅이지만 주차장이 넓고 편리해 보였습니다. 중국인 관광객이 많아 매너가 조금 아쉽긴 했지만, 호텔 프론트 직원분들과 청소 아주머니 등 모든 직원분들께 감사 인사를 전하고 싶습니다. 저는 혼자 여행 와서 메종 글래드에 체크인한 후 제주시내에서 고장 난 아이폰을 교체했는데, 메종 글래드 직원분이 휴대폰 대리점 위치를 친절하게 설명해 주셔서 무사히 교체할 수 있었습니다. 또, 올레 18코스 둘레길을 걷고 동문시장도 방문해 떡오튀도 먹을 수 있었습니다. 정말 좋은 추억 많이 남기고 갑니다. 감사합니다❣️❣️"

"The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel was well situated but the view and access to the sea were quite limited. The only thing that was irritating was the pool not opening until 14.00 and the charge placed on using it and a towel"

"Best value to stay near the Jeju airport! The room was very spacious and sparkling clean. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Close to the airport with many options - hotel shuttle, buses and taxi. I like the breakfast - 10,000 korean won for bulgogi, egg scramble, steamed rice, soup and side dishes - plus toast, cereal, OJ and coffee. Will stay there again for my next trip"
