All was good I liked the cleaning staff my room was always clean. I eat at emerals restaurant and the flatware was always clean and the food was good I would like to visit again.
Website shows pool, however, no pool. Was told I could purchase a pool pass @ another hotel for $75pp. Gym was not up to par. Not sure why there's a resort fee here???

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Please be aware of the extra charges at this hotel. They charged me an additional $200 after I had already made my reservation, which was very disappointing and unexpected.
The hotel also does not have a pool, and unfortunately, the food was not good at all. Based on my experience, I would recommend checking all the additional fees and amenities carefully before making a reservation.
I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
We recently stayed at Caesars New Orleans, and the overall experience was severely let down by poor customer service and a lack of basic amenities.
My wife enjoys a fresh cup of coffee first thing in the morning—a standard service available in virtually every hotel, regardless of tier. Upon arrival, we found only decaf coffee in our room. We called the front desk that first evening to request regular coffee pods and were assured it would be taken care of. However, nothing was delivered.
The next morning, after two unanswered calls to the front desk, I walked downstairs to inquire in person. The agent informed me they had run out of regular coffee on Monday (it was now Friday) and confirmed after checking that they still had none. Her only suggestion was for us to go purchase coffee at one of the cafes. Later that afternoon, I spoke with a different front desk representative who blamed a supply chain issue with their branded Caesars K-Cups, offered another apology, and again pointed out that we were welcome to buy coffee at the hotel's venues.
For a hotel of this caliber, the total lack of communication, missing basic room amenities, and unhelpful response from staff were deeply disappointing. Rather than attempting to solve the problem or offer a simple guest credit, the staff seemed completely untrained on basic service recovery. With so many great accommodations available in New Orleans, we will definitely not be returning.
