Rooms are spacious but a little worn down (black stains on the corner of the shower, pink stains on the bathroom walls). Nice hotel. The doorman was the friendliest and always willing to give advice. Cleaning crew never vacuumed the carpet in the room and one day must have forgotten us because nothing was done and wet towels were still on the bathroom floor but front desk sent fresh towels. Perfect location close to tons of shops and restaurants. Close to Bourbon St. and Royal St. Historical beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Clean. Daily room service. Super friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it.
