"The gentleman who came to fix our TV, twice, was lovely. Unfortunately he was unable to restore access to the one channel we really wanted to watch. However, this was possibly due to the nor’easter happening at the time, so I’ll give them a pass on that. Breakfast was lackluster at best. The baked goods were just sad. They need to find a new supplier. The Starbucks coffee was successful, however. We slept well, the room was quiet, and everything worked appropriately, except for the issues with the TV."
